A couple weeks ago I talked about my process for writing a blog post and I shared a couple of stock photo places where I get my images for my blog posts. Someone had asked if these were free places or paid stock photos, and the ones that I had mentioned in this blog post are in fact paid places where you can purchase royalty free stock photos.
So this week I wanted to include a few places where you can download free stock photos to use on your blog. I have used some of these places before, and then a lot of them I haven’t heard of until today when I did my research, but hopefully you will be able to find some quality images to use on your blog!
Here are some places online where you can download free stock photos to use in your blog posts:
Stock Photo Best Practices: I recommend using stock photos that are royalty free, and where you have the original download file that you either purchased or obtained from a free stock photo website like the ones listed above. It is never a good idea to download graphics from Pinterest, or someone else’s blog, and then reuse it for your own content because some images you see on these places are not available for the general public to use. A lot of times people use images they have created, or they purchase the rights to use images, and these images are not intended for the general public to use unless they have purchased the photo themselves. It’s very difficult to tell which photo is a free stock photo for the general public to use and which ones are actually copyrighted material, and that’s why it is always best to download the original file and obtain the appropriate permission before using stock photos on your blog.

In this four week mini Bible Study you will examine your faith and what it means to have faith in God. When we believe in God we then learn to walk in faith and trust God. But first we must believe, and it’s up to us, we can either choose to believe in Him or not. But faith will mean nothing until we believe with all our heart that God is who He says He is.
5 STAR AMAZON REVIEW: “I really enjoyed this mini study. I like when things make you think and journal and you can focus on one aspect at a time. It was a great study.”
